SGQ is seeking an experienced Pipe Layer for a full-time role based in Bundaberg, supporting civil construction projects across the region. The role includes sewer, stormwater and water main installation, pit-building, deep excavation work, laser setup, plan interpretation and safe trench work, with training available to upskill suitable applicants.

Project Engineer — Bundaberg QLD

SGQ is seeking a Project Engineer for a full-time role based in Bundaberg, supporting civil and road construction projects across the Bundaberg and Greater Wide Bay regions. The role includes engineering support, quality assurance, construction planning, site supervision, cost review support and project delivery, with a salary package of $140,000–$160,000 per year.

HR Water Truck Operator — Hervey Bay QLD

SGQ is seeking an experienced HR Water Truck Operator for a casual role based in Hervey Bay, supporting civil infrastructure projects across the Fraser Coast region. The role includes water truck operation, pump setup, general labouring, safe work practices and team collaboration, with training available for suitable applicants.

Lead Surveyor — Hervey Bay QLD

SGQ is seeking an experienced Lead Surveyor for a full-time role based in Hervey Bay, supporting civil infrastructure projects across the Fraser Coast and Greater Wide Bay region. The role includes survey leadership, mentoring, works allocation, QA reporting, client collaboration and hands-on construction surveying, with a salary of $180,000–$195,000 per year, vehicle options, relocation support and modern survey equipment.

Construction Surveyor — Bundaberg QLD

SGQ is seeking an experienced Construction Surveyor for a full-time role based in Bundaberg, supporting civil infrastructure projects across the Bundaberg region and Greater Wide Bay. The role includes construction surveying, QA reporting, survey calculations, fieldwork, client collaboration and the use of Trimble and 12D systems, with a salary package of $170,000–$190,000 plus car and super.
