Paul has 40 plus years of delivering positive results in the infrastructure industry, having held various positions for Principal/Clients and Contractor/Consultant organisations throughout Queensland and Wales (United Kingdom).  Through this experience, Paul has amassed a unique understanding of the technical engineering solutions available and construction delivery logistics required for key infrastructure works.

Paul’s hands-on management approach, developed from early Site Engineer roles through to Operations Manager has seen him accumulate skills in all aspects of the design & construction of a wide variety of infrastructure including major roads & bridges, subdivisions and water supply & sewerage.  Since joining SGQ in 2011 and up to recent times Paul has guided, overseen and ensured SGQ’s Sunshine Coast team success through results-driven leadership.

Paul adds that required edge with his wealth of knowledge in program and project management, operations/business management, working with and amongst diverse teams, leading teams through difficult times, and guiding team leaders.  With Paul’s full appreciation of integrating design intent with construction reality and a fundamental drive of sustained performance, SGQ’s clients benefit in achieving better value for money.
