With more than four decades of experience Bob is well regarded in the Queensland construction industry and has excellent, long-term working relationships with senior engineers and administrators within government and commercial ranks. During his 25 years as managing director of Bellero Constructions, Bob Goodwin grew the company from a small, civil construction operation with a monthly turnover of about $30,000 and specialising in small subdivisions in Hervey Bay, to a well-known and highly respected statewide civil construction firm and commercial builder with an annual turnover of more than $100 million.

 Under his leadership, the company achieved R4 & B3 (Road & Bridge) Prequalification ratings with Main Roads, Qld and an allowable BSA annual turnover of approx. $250 million. Prior to Bellero Constructions, Bob was employed by Cairns City, Gold Coast and Hervey Bay City councils in various engineering management roles and was involved in major projects including significant dams and other water & sewerage infrastructure.
