Jason is a civil engineer with 31 years of construction experience and has worked on a wide variety of projects of up to $600m+, within the Roads Infrastructure, Mining, Rail, Ports & Dams sectors. This has included major urban road construction, Bruce Hwy upgrades and various other road authority works, up to $85m value. Jason has proven, exceptional skills and experience with the communication, management and co-ordination of multidisciplinary construct-only and design & construction teams, through all the different phases of the project lifecycle.

The projects have been conducted under numerous contract types including RCC/TIC-CO, D&C and Alliances with a mixture of Lump Sum & Schedule of Rates payment devices.

Having managed programs and projects within complex and politically sensitive environments, he has developed specialisation in relationship building, stakeholder management, negotiation and project direction, particularly in setting of constant change and conflicting stakeholder requirements.
