Ashley has extensive experience in managing a variety of road and other infrastructure projects for both government bodies and private clients. As well as the very many construct-only works he has delivered, he has managed multiple works on a design & construct basis or on a construct-only basis, but with an integrated design-enhancement scope. He also has valuable experience from working extensively in geotechnical engineering businesses in his earlier career. Ashley has been with SGQ (and predecessor company Bellero Constructions, before that) since 2006, including in Project Manager and then Operations Manager roles since 2012.

In his role Ashley provides centralised technical and business expertise, as well as advice and mentoring guidance on various civil infrastructure projects, whilst also strengthening relationships with customers and suppliers. He typically oversees multiple projects concurrently, leading project teams, managing preparation of tenders and developing & controlling project schedules, to ensure delivery to the highest standards within the agreed timeframes.
