SGQ employs over 140 direct staff, with more provided through our contract partners. We focus on staffing projects with local talent, ensuring a stable and sustainable workforce in the communities we serve.

To uphold these standards, SGQ maintains Codes of Conduct for both staff and suppliers. These codes set clear expectations for human rights, labor practices, and ethical conduct throughout our operations. We regularly provide training for our staff to raise awareness of modern slavery issues and ensure they are equipped with the knowledge and tools to identify and report any potential issues within our supply chains.
